He really likes some of them (Phoenix, Alma), likes some but doesn't know how to deal with them (Thorfinn) and has one thread with Chieri in which she made it pretty clear she doesn't want anything to do with him. I assume he has some sort of relationship with Midorima offscreen but the player literally plays only when I am asleep so they still haven't had more than, like, two threads.

In general he's not as connected to his team as a thing as he used to be, but he's also kind of fine with that? The vast majority of his social ties are offteam, and he doesn't play games anymore, and he's always thought team identity was a little dumb (and TE's is in serious flux right now). If Tiger's Eye is like his family, he's reached the phase of his life where he's growing up and leaving the nest. It doesn't mean he cares about them any less, he's just getting more independent and less invested in his team as a concept.
